used mattresses stacked in plane view. cigarette butts littering the side and front entry ways and in the hallway. I asked for an extra pillow and blanket but was told that none were available. carpeting stained, needs to be replaced. one wash rag, face towel, and body towel for two adults. I was told there were no more available, in the wash. no coffee machines in the room. No dishes or silverware, dirty laundry piled waist deep on the hallway floor. For the price a person would expect more but health and safety issues should not be over looked.

I liked the location. The only other perk was the employee who helped with booking us in.

Well, my biggest issue was the amount of ROACHES I seen in just ONE NIGHT'S stay, seeing as how much I paid for ONE BED and ONE NIGHT. There was a roach in the kitchen coming out of the microwave.... One in the bathroom crawling up the mirror.... There were two taking turns following each other in one of the drawers.... and I even seen one literally jump onto the mattress.
Also, there wasn't ANY kitchen-wear (ie.: plates, spoons, pots, pans, or even cups) available --not even from the front desk. So we drove down Lakewood Blvd to Ralph's (which is where the front desk recommended we go to purchase them) just to find out they hadn't had plastic forks, spoons or knives in stocks for MONTHS.
