You advertised a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I found out the shuttle was broken down and I had to pay for cab rides. That alone left a bad taste in my mouth for this hotel.
Negatives:
The staff was very helpful and pleasant and apologized for paying for the cab out of pocket, especially since there were four people and seven suitcases, so I had to pay for a total of four cabs.

Hot water was off but only during the night so it was not a big deal and we were notified and received early check in which was appreciated.
