The overall sentiment of the guests. They were extremely polite.

1. I didn’t want to smell weed from my balcony.
2. I would’ve liked to be given the opportunity to purchase an extra dressing for my salad but the lady said “No, I can’t sell you another dressing.”
3. The toilet had to be flushed multiple times in room 543. There was dirt and other objects underneath the bathroom floating sink.

From the moment I got there..the elevators in the lobby were stuck with people in them
.the front desk worker said..uhm..it happens all the time..take the stairs
.The hotel smelled from the visibly filthy carpets...you pay a premium for parking..but if ypu leave at night..it fills up and then you have to park 6 blocks away..
Negatives:
The rooms also smelled..broken towel racks.
Cracked sink..broken toilet paper holder..The restaurant charged 35 dollars for a Cobb salad..the delivery is charging 37 dollars for a turkey sandwich and a egg and bacon muffin..The staff has an attitude..I don't know why..the Hilton long beach is a run down hotel..shame on you booking.com this place should not be on your list of hotels

Perfect location to stay in Long Beach!

Clean large room. Quiet ac fan. Comfortable bed.
Negatives:
No parking in self-parking so parked a few blocks away. It ended up being free instead of $35 but was a three block walk.

Self parking was limited. I was forced to valet. My husband came in his own car and there was no valet parking available. He had to go around the hotel a few times to find additional hotel parking a distance away. Parking area was also not easy to find..
