$533 night during Indy car and our room was not ready at check in , was delayed to 6:30pm and too top off had to argue and push staff to get any kind of comps. No credit to room rate and some points worth a few bucks. Then our room wasn’t cleaned one of two nights they had to clean. They offer breakfast in exchange. Very sad for the amount paid and considering hotel overcharged us and new hotel was booked they were not prepared.

The rude front desk female. Straight out told me “it’s no my problem”. when I paid my room ahead of time to avoid any confusion or issues and once I check in to say they don’t the room available anymore. And the nerve to give me a cheaper room at my same rate. Ridiculous!

Customer service was great. Jay checked me into my room and I asked for a bellman to help with my luggage and there was none available so he went and did it himself.he went above and beyond.
Negatives:
Elevators. One was broken when we arrived and the one broke down on a Saturday night with people in it. It made me and my friends I was with very uncomfortable riding your elevators. Also me made a ton of noise like it was about to break. Due to 2 elevators being out it took for ever to get on an elevator.
