Dated facility. Room & hall ways are dusty. Two of the three staff we encountered are not polite. Restaurant has good food but wait staff is also rude. They made mistake on one of our orders and didn’t offer to bring a new dish and keep the higher price.

Good location if you need to be close to the cruise terminal . Check in was quick and easy. Staff is amazing especially housekeeping . Overall I was satisfied with the stay at Maya Hotel .
Negatives:
The hotel room didn’t have enough lighting. There weren’t enough lamps or light fixtures, and even when I turned on the lights, the room still felt too dark.
