Positives: I wanted something close to the Catalina Express for a trip to the island. Loved the proximity to Shoreline Village and the opportunity to walk around the Rainbow Lagoon. The hotel is clean, the room was great.

Positives: The hotel location is quite nice

Negatives: I did not like the fitness center as I thought that it would be much better especially when the hotel is actually suited on a wonderful location over the coast of Long Beach. Moreover, the parking facility is quite costly as this could be offered in a much convenient manner for hotel guests especially those occupying the facility for long duration. On the other hand, the staff are good and very welcoming, however I encountered a receptionist during my stay that was unhelpful and seemed unbothered, unfortunately she was covering her name.
