Exceptional
Positives:
it was clean and nicely decorated.
Negatives:
I paid the advertised charge for the room plus tax. when I arrived they wanted an additional resort fee, parking fee, and additional fees that took my room from $290 to almost $490. This feels like a bait and switch and we were stuck because cancellation would have been full price. definitely not ok to do to people.

Negatives:
The parking garage is not attached to the hotel, and they actually charge you for parking and the hotel was under construction. It was a mess.

Positives:
The location is convenient.
Negatives:
The hotel is undergoing construction and is in a dire state of disrepair. The restaurant and lobby are both inaccessible, yet we are still required to pay a resort fee. The room had embarrassingly chipped furniture. They do themselves a disservice.
