Friendly staff, healthy breakfast options (Greek yogurt, healthy toppings, hard boiled eggs, fruit).
Negatives:
Old, musty rooms, most likely containing mold. I developed congestion, eye irritation and headache after the first night. Only stayed for 2 nights and in retrospect should not have stayed at all.

I suggest renovations for the room and entire hotel.

No liquid dishwashing liquid in the room to wash dishes.

Our room was missing a waste basket and dishwashing detergent to clean the dishes. Our room was also missing another roll of toilet paper, which i had to go out an purchase myself.

One of the pots was so heavily warped that it wasn't usable. We were depending on that one to cook, so it would be good if they checked those periodically.

The people were really nice. Both the people who worked at the lobby and the people who helped out with breakfast. The breakfast items were not that many but they were solid. The waffles were surprisingly good. They also had great cold brew.

The room smelled funny and the only way i can describe it is like cat pee. It may be related to the cleaning products they use but we changed rooms and the smell was a constant. It was pretty bad so bad i would not return to the hotel.
