Me and my girlfriend loved...
Positives:
I liked the size of the room. The kitchenette was nice. It was clean. The breakfast was good. Large eating area and was hot and fresh. Coffee creamer and sugars were sparse. I just went to get Starbucks.
Negatives:
It was overloaded with meaningless furniture to make it seem like home. So we needed to move the small table and side chair just to walk into the living area. The pullout couch was small. Not for 2 people, just 1. The couch did not have the chase to it either as displayed in the photos. It worked for one night, but nothing more. I paid more vs. the regular hotels for the space, but it wasn't really worth it. The room was hot and never really cooled down. We didn't feel safe to leave the windows or sliding door open. The way it was set up. I'll save the 80-100.00 and deal with a regular room and just bring the blow-up mattress.
Another HUGE negative is that there were people smoking weed all over the property. There was security, but they stood in front of the office door and did not move.

The hotel was perfect, the receptionist and security were extremely helpful and supportive.
Negatives:
The service taking care of the breakfast buffet was in a rush and took off the food before the breakfast time was over. We arrived ay 09:15 am and everything was already removed (breakfast ends at 09:30 am). Ayer we requested the to bring some food, they brought it.

How big the room was. Also, how it had two different bathrooms, so we could still have some privacy even though we were staying with a friend.
Negatives:
Could have been a bit cleaner. The beds were not soft enough for my liking. But that is just me, I like a really soft bed.
