Positives: The hotel was nice and staff friendly. They were willing to work with us.
Negatives: Even though it was a busy weekend, our rooms weren't ready as promised. I still haven't received the return for my hotel room, even though it's now been a week.
Review
The hotel was nice enough. However, we tried three times to check in. Early, two hours after they said our rooms would be available, and then at 10 pm that night. Finally, when we showed up at 10 pm, they finally told me, they had a plumbing issue and the top 2 floors had been flooded and I did not have a room. They were going to transfer me to another hotel, since I was traveling with someone else, that didn't exactly work for either of us.
