Unfortunately the the heater in our room intermittently made a very loud knocking noise to the point we just turned it off and requested extra blankets. The hot tub was broken and the bathroom had hair stucked to the door and 2 of the nights we had no hot water, and there was also a nasty stain on the livinroom carpet. Screaming child in the next room also made our stay unpleasant which i understand is not there fault. As a BOnvoy member this was by far our worse experience.

Very friendly staff and when I had to get the room service because I had a procedure coming up at Stanford they were excellent with cleaning the room and making sure I had new bed sheets and towels.

Glad we chose Residence Inn.

The room (rather studio) are rather large, cozy.
Particularly appreciated is the supply of amenities (coffee, towels, pillows, dish soap etc.).
Shops and restaurants are quite close, even walking distance.
Negatives:
Some appliances (air conditioning, refrigerator) are quite loud, especially at night. It was not super easy to set the right temperature in the room.
Dynamic pricing is quite excessive. When the price is low (ca. 140 USD night) it is a fair price for the value, but when it reaches 400+ USD a night, this is way too much.
Would appreciate more variety for breakfast.

Ok for the price you pay. Pool water quite dirty so unusable. Good service that the breakfast is included and food is fresh. Bad service that you have to pay 14$ (!!) to park your car there. I would expect that is included in the price I pay. Overall the studios are well equipped.

Pool is not clean, parking you need to pay extra
