We stay at this hotel...
Positives:
Air conditioning was broken we sat in a hot room for hours we told the hotel they did nothing but offer breakfast not cool I’m pregnant and I didn’t enjoy this hotel couldn’t even sleep…the hall way was cooler than our room

I was disappointed in the rooms that were very plain, minimal and lacked lights (not a single lamp in the ceiling) and ambiance.

It was a good hotel but they charged my card for $390 so to out my approval even after I gave a cash deposit. It has almost been one month and they have not refunded me. Additionally I got another charge of $100 from AC Marriot hotels and the manager said they don’t know who it is charging me. So they owe me a total of $400 after one month.

Everything was good and actually nothing that I think of. There were renovations happening at the time so the lounge area was quite busy but that was not an issue

Positives:
The check in person Ms. Rashida (spelling may be off) took extra special care of us. She’s the standard of great hospitality. She delivered excellent service and made the stay extra special. Izzy the first Isiah offered countless amazing recommendations that we loved and looked us to feel like a local.
Negatives:
I wish the shower was tile. I wish there was a soap dish.
