Positives:
This was a very last-minute booking. The price is amazing. It was only a $10 Uber ride from Amtrak Union Station. The room was very large. Very clean. very quiet. They offer free breakfast. Walking into the facility, you walk-through an open air atrium. And it was a beautiful night. It was walking distance to a delicious Chinese restaurant. I felt very safe. This is in Chinatown.
Negatives:
The elevator was broken. My room was on the second floor. But a very nice gentleman carried My three heavy bags upstairs. A second nice gentleman came up the morning. I was leaving to bring down my suitcases.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor, but the elevator was broken, so we had to haul our luggage up.
At 3 am, there was LOUD BANGING on the door next to ours. It continued for 15-20 min. We were terrified.
When we called, the lady was a bit agitated, saying that she was aware and was handling it.
Breakfast was mediocre. The pancakes tasted like rubber.
