We didn't feel welcome at this hotel. When we checked in we were not told about any of the facilities available in the hotel like the pool,spa etc and neither were we told about the restaurants/bars/coffee shops. We just given our room keys and not even told where the escalators were. When we checked out, the hotel surprisingly didn't have any cash to be able to give us sufficient change from our total payment. 1 minute after we checked out, i asked for a bottle of water for my one and a half year old child and the front office assistant said, as you have checked out we will have to charge you for water which i felt was quite bizarre. Then her colleague standing next to her intervened and said no its OK you can take it. Overall i felt the staff were not interested in making the guests feel welcome or at home and none of the staff smiled! The shop they have in the reception is super over priced.

$52 for valet is pricey how ever valet did amazing job welcome me back every time and was fast to pull up car so I tipped 20 at check out well deserve
