Only thing I like at this location is the gym. When it’s private and no one’s there, it could be a good place to zone out and go to work.
Negatives:
I didn’t like how they were not able to take Apple Pay or car details to make a deposit for the room. Had to be physical card or nothing. Which is a new policy they implemented. And we’re not willing to work with me on that. On top of that, what’s up with not having any snacks or water in the room? I would expect any four-star hotel in LA to provide that. You have to literally buy your own bottle of water and put it in an empty fridge.

Stood Lobby 1 in a half to check bc I couldn’t tap for incidentals manager would not manually put my card number had me call booking got hung up on 3 times then he manually put my credit card number in after I atood there for two hours after a long flight then put me i. A eoom next to a noisy night club this hotel isn’t worth it
