I am writing regarding my recent short stay at E Central Hotel. I checked in and checked out on the same day, and during checkout I was informed that the final bill would be emailed to me. However, I have not yet received any bill or charge breakdown.
Furthermore, I have noticed that I was charged approximately 33% more than the rate I booked through Booking.com, including taxes. I did not order any room service or use any additional facilities that would increase the cost.
I did not get
1. A complete itemized bill showing all charges applied to my card.
2. An explanation for the increased amount.
3. A refund for any incorrect or unauthorized charges.

the good part about this hotel is its right by Pico train station and the Novo across the street plus the restaurant was really good

How does the room cost 870$ a two queen bed room PLUS a 300$ deposit and not have a microwave? no freezer? the fridge smelled horrible like garlic. there is no bathtub, 1100$ hotel room btw, the mirror and vents were dirty as hell. it was my first time in LA so maybe all hotels are that expensive but look and feel that cheap but in every other state I visited like Colorado Nebraska Minnesota shit even Wisconsin if I paid that much I get more bang for my buck so is it just California? im a frequent Traveler so it really threw me off. plus if you want to heat up any of the snacks in their concession area you have to be taken to the MAIL ROOM for the microwave lmaoooo like what?? maybe its cause of the population density that they have shit spring beds and smelly fridges and wont give rooms their own microwaves. also trying to hook up a gaming system in that room was hell there was an hdmi adapter on the far side of the wall that doesnt connect to the TV and they have the TV wires to bundled up behind the TV that it was almost impossible to hook anything up. is everyone stealing this hotels wires beds microwaves and freezers? is that why our 1100$ room didnt have any? ill never know
