Good news! Before Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Wednesday, Apr 24th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Apr 24 and Apr 26, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Friday, Apr 26th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 26, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Once you complete room registration, you will be issued a keycard and you may proceed to El Patio Inn for your room. All hotel collect reservations must check in by 10 pm the latest. Late check in may be arranged by either making a prepaid Booking.com reservation or by contacting the hotel front desk at least 3 days prior to arrival date for instructions on how to transfer funds to Hotel's Corp Bank Account.
