Big rooms and overall great facility. Free breakfast is amazing.
Wifi is strong and rooms have pretty much everything in there.
Great stays for family with two rooms
Negatives:
Parking is $55. So had to park in the airport parking in the back for $23. Its an inconvenience.
Free drinks should be little later. Make it one free drink per person.
Otherwise real great experience.

Dirty, cloudy water in the pool. There was a rim of dirt and grime around the hot tub and on the foam. It was nasty. Pool towels were not readily available and ran out.
The bedroom 531, did not have a lock on the door.

I liked how close it was to everything and watching the planes land. Everyone was so nice, and they had a robot named Winnie delivered blankets and towels to our room. Breakfast was legit, too. Plenty of food. My kiddos had a blast. Was a great first hotel experience for them.

Valet and front desk was very respectful
Negatives:
My resort had a huge roach inside it. Upon the incident occuring our room was switched but they only had a smaller room available. We had a very large suit initially, so for it to be downsized due to their insects in our room. We weren't too pleased.

Pool was nice. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
Fridge was dirty. Pull out bed had weed buds in it. Guy was friendly but would use same gloves to empty garbage/sweep and bring out food. Cushions were stained.
