Urban experience fee - a resort fee rip off juts likE Las vegas whICH is partly why they are suffering reduced numbers. Given all the taxes and service charges this is unacceptable - just build it in the rate other wise its obfuscation AND YOU GET A 1/10.
Also reception staff were friendly, helpful and chatty but therefore slow and never enough on duty. Spending 5 mins chatting to somebody they just checked in with people waiting - unnecessary but that's you selfish folk (your customers) who know who you are. But staff need to handle this to be efficient. Explaining THE hotel amenities and local attraCTIONS NEEDS TO BE SOMEBODY ELSE'S JOB - BUT THEY WERE Never ON DUTY.
