Right from the start I was unpleasantly surprised by unforseen costs.
The first thing I read at the property was the following sign: paid parking is mandatory and the fee is outside the hotel overnight fees; costs; daily rate of $ 55,- PER DAY.
Next, I found out that a deposit was required of $ 300,- for the stay in the hotel. According to the employee, my credit card didn't approve latter amount; which totally didn't make sense; cause I could see on my app that the withdraw had been completed. This was all at about 01:00 a.m. This whole money wolf like attitude has ruined my stay completely. There's another thing I am annoyed by the high deposit; you never know wether it get's back and you have monitor that for weeks.
If I had known this before my booking; I would never have made the booking.

We drove in from Colorado to stay at this hotel to spend the weekend in Los Angeles but from past experiences with flying into LAX it seems to be in a very reasonably close area to the airport, there is also a parking garage behind it that you can use if you are heading out from LAX.
The lobby and location were great, they were in a very nice area surrounded by other hotels and easy to get to. The room was comfortable, the staff were kind and very willing to help. The gym area was also really nice with a variety of things to do. The housekeeping staff was very kind and cleaned the room well. The view from our room was also nice, we got a center room in the middle of the building so we were able to see the Budget rental but also the sunrise and sunset.
Negatives:
When I made my reservation, I specifically booked this hotel because it seemed like parking was included in the reservation. However, parking was not included with my booking, even though I had asked the front desk to confirm it was included. I guess I was misunderstood and got charged anyway ($55 a day). The air conditioning in our room did not work so we weren't able to get it nice and cold but at least it wasn't extremely warm. We also did not have a fridge in our room so if you have drinks or snacks I would make sure they aren't perishable. Also, for those of you who are traveling economically or using a debit/credit card, be prepared to be charged the deposit of $350 for the stay, and maybe they will charge your card 2-3 times as they did mine but they return it within 3-5 business days (will update if not true.)
