Positives: The convenience of the shuttle to / from LAX, the large room, the pool & the location - close to LAX & ACE rent-a-car.

Negatives: The staffs consistent and unconvincing excuses over 3days about the defunct internet that, our technician is working on it nowit should be working in one hour. Appears the hotel relies on short-stay guests so excuses are acceptable apparently.
