Negatives: The shuttle never picked me at the airport and I needed it becasuse I had had a medical treatment a day before. I was charged for more money in the check-in without refun. I need my money back. There was no beakfast at all as promised. Nasty staff. Awful.

Negatives: Pretty much everything. High car parking charge $42, the rooms were absolutely horrendous (very dirty and my bathroom had flood damage), only 1 towel in my room and housekeeping never answered the phone. They looked like they stop caring! Never stay!

Positives: The room was clean, staff was friendly and the bed and pillows were comfortable. For the price I guess it was good enough. I would not stay here again.
Negatives: The parking was sketchy. There are cars in the lot that have been there for a long time. I was afraid to leave my car. I chose this hotel because I didn't like the parking reviews at another hotel only to come to this one and be afraid. Parking was $44 :(

Positives: THIS WAS A FLAT OUT NIGHTMARE STAY. I came out from NYC and was treated to a bunch of lies and bad customer service and over charging and even had to clean my OWN toliet. If it wasn't for the fact that I was there for business, I would stayed there
Negatives: Internet didn't work. The business center computers didn't work in the entire SEVEN days I was there. Had to go to other hotels for wifi and for printing. They refused to let my guest upstairs even though I left her name. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Negatives: Staff was not very friendly. Rooms are older and on second night we were there we got a room that had a broken faucet in bathroom that you had to turn on and off from the valve under the sink because the faucet handle was stuck on and wouldn't turn off.

Negatives: This hotel had bed bugs and/or fleas. Some type of bugs were all over my back and body. I left the hotel with severe red swelling on my body from the bite marks. I definitely won't return to the Four Seasons LAX!!!
