My third stay at the Freehand. Still love those amazing showers, room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Love the neighborhood too.

Desk was a little worn out and room had a light musty smell which I experienced on my last visit as well.

Rooftop. We had a bedroom with queensize bed and windowseat with great view. Waterpressure in the shower was great. Location perfect for us to explore the city. Maybe not the safest if you want to go out late at night. But we didn’t do that, so was perfect for us.
Negatives:
Two of the three elevators didn’t work.

Staff in reception were nice and helpful.
The rooftop was amazing as well.
Negatives:
The showers and toilets were inside the room without a separating door. Ventilation in the room was terrible and it had a constant bad smell coming from the showers. I could hear my roommates using the toilet during the night and it was very unpleasant to say the least.
