A/c was blowing how both nights we stayed at hotel with staff fixing it for about 30minutes. Had to borrow a fan from the maintenance staff the second night to get air flow. Front desk did little to help or seem to care that me and my family came back from universal to a hot room.

The staff were really kind to us! The concierge that was working during our stay was so helpful! His recommendations on where to eat were all delicious!
The location was just perfect. When we were tired and wanted to take a break, we just walked back to our room for a break, and walked right back to Universal Studios when we were ready. It was also a short car ride away to Hollywood Blvd. to be a tourist there.
Negatives:
Unfortunately the room had some noticeable dust on surface areas and when I wiped the work table with a wipe it wasn’t the cleanest. The towels for some reason kept leaving fluff on our bodies after our showers, even after a good shake out. We requested for more and it still had the issue?
