Negatives: not accomodating

Negatives: The breakfast was good but not a lot of options and scrambled eggs were served every single day. I had to walk to reception everytime I wanted bottled water.

Negatives: The breakfast was a little disappointing. Items not replaced when they ran out.

Negatives: The cleanliness of hotel rooms made me dislike. I can see dust on all the tables in the room. The breakfast also made me disappointed. Nothing much to eat. Not enough spoons and forks to use.

Negatives: The night staff. We stayed for one night as had a long stop over from the uk and had to wait for a connecting flight. The first night was fine but miserable staff member on the help desk at check in. Shaini the day staff the next morning was wonderfully helpful and gave us a lovely recommendation of where to visit for the day as we had some time to burn before our next flight. On our return a week later we again had a big stop time for our connecting flight and travelled through the night so was exhausted when we arrived at the hotel at around 6am. We pre booked a day sleep 8am-2pm to get our heads down for some sleep as its a incredibly long journey for us. When we arrived at the hotel the two night staff on the desk were once again miserable, univiting and didnt want to be helpful in anyway. They could see we were exhausted (falling asleep in their reception sofas) however although the room was ready wouldnt allow us access to it until 8am. We asked if there was anyway to get access early and was told no by a lady with face peircings, she was more interested in her phone than providing a good customer service. After some back and forth negotiation they allowed us early access but charged us around 100 dollars for the privilege. They also wanted to charge us a additional security deposit for that early access even though this had already been paid for the 8am access. We are a pretty chill couple but these two reception staff didnt want to be helpful in anyway and came across rude! The next morning we spoke with Shaini on reception who was very apologetic and sorted some errors out for us. If it wasnt for Shaini being so kind and understanding I would of given this a -10 review.
