Positives:
The hotel was much nicer than I expected. The guest room and public areas were stylish and well maintained.
Negatives:
I would have given this hotel a higher rating, but there were a couple staff members I encountered who could use a refresher course in customer service. The check out agent ignored me completely. I stood there for 2 minutes waiting for a copy of my bill, while she engaged in a phone conversation with someone who was disputing their bill. She never acknowledged me, never even made eye contact. She should have politely placed the caller on hold, acknowledged me, or transferred the call to someone in the accounting department. I wanted to review my bill before I left, because the overnight parking was not clearly explained at check in. No guest should walk away feeling ignored.

Great location close to airport.
Big room with full kitchen. Wish we’d had longer to enjoy the room.
Comfortable bed. Big shower.
Negatives:
I’ll echo what others say it can be hard to find the right shuttle van it’s Joe’s Airport parking (which is near the hotel). It’s obvious when you find it. Idk why hotel doesn’t help people better by stating this more clearly.
Breakfast - food was fine but not good there was so much plastic cutlery etc.

Great location and huge comfy...
Positives:
It was very close to LAX and the free shuttle was great. The bed was comfortable and the suite was very spacious with a full kitchen. Shower was good. Free breakfast. Late check out for $59 for 3 hours, excellent for a late flight. The lift system was efficient.
Negatives:
Nothing to dislike.

Amazing stay! The hotel provides a 24-hour airport shuttle, and Alex at the front desk was really friendly and helpful.
The room was spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the bed was super comfortable.
I was very happy with my experience here — definitely recommend this place!

Room was as expected. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Tried to eat in the restaurant but the staff ignored us so ate a the Hyatt across the road were the food and service was excellent - probably stay there next time.

Easy access to airport was our goal. The rooftop offered a great viewing of plane landings and comfortable seating for overlooking the city and ocean. Nice restaurant on site. Large comfortable suite with numerous amenities. Clean outdoor pool Easy shuttle access to and from airport. Elevator system was over the top.
Negatives:
Not within walking distance to a beach.

Negatives:
No daily room maintenance. Put light on to service room for the 3 days we were staying but still no service of room. Same towels linen etc. Can live with this no problems BUT when you pay good money you expect service to match.
