The shower was fantastic.
Negatives:
Well, the furniture was kinda torn up. Floors looked horrible. We had to move our own beds to plug them in so that we could use the outlets. The remote control for the mini-split had dead batteries. The mini-split made strange noises and the room did not get very cool. The bathroom sink was clogged and instead of waiting for my daughter in law to finish getting ready they decided to fix it then. I was promised that retrieving my vehicle was not going to be an issue since we were vending at an event and could not wait 20-30 mins because valet was the only option and we could not just retrieve our items from the vehicles. The morning that my daughter in law was held up due to the sink we were waiting for the keys she had and then it took an additional 30 mins. to retrieve my car! Room was not cleaned and when I asked for extra towels they dropped off bed linens!

I have stayed at a range of hotels from the Waldorf to the Best Western and this was far the worst.
