This is a nice, recently remodeled hotel (seems like). Our bed was really comfortable, the room was big enough and smartly designed. Pretty good for a 3 stars hotel.
Negatives:
we have asked for a quiet room specifically, got a second floor with a hot tub in front of the window, including the “benefits” of the loud guests and screaming kids. :/

Overall it was a pleasant...

The property is amazing and that goes for the staff as well. we arrived around 11:30pm from Anaheim and there was no parking available at that time. The lady at the front desk had just clocked out and offered us her spot. The room wash amazing, clean and modern. enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

everything was super clean from the room to the breakfast area. The staff was really friendly, the location is perfect everything is near and only about 15 mins from universal.

Hotel is located in a very good position short distance from Universal Studios and dolby theater. Rooms were clean and sufficient space. Service in the rooms is only every 3 days but for us it worked OK.
