Not one to complain but we had 3 different rooms and would have been a possible 4th if I had bothered asking, for 2 night stay. This was due to the unbelievable poor maintenance of these rooms. 1st room was blowing hot air from the air con. We packed and moved to the 2nd room. Then when the toilet flushed, it completely overflowed out into the bedroom, some of our clothes were wet. 3rd room the air con was mildly warm and was not blowing out the temperature on the actual air con monitor. We honestly could not be bothered to move another time. The reception comped us dinner at their restaurant which wasn’t a big bill since we were full and just needed to take up on their offer. The staff were kind and helpful but we were just so frustrated. The beds were far too soft for us, it felt like a hammock. On top of that, the mildly warm air made it a very difficult nights sleep.
