We were visiting a friend who was in critical conditional at Keck medical hospital across the street.Everything was great except for the guests above us who were running around all night and noisy. We were exhausted

Location next to USC medical important to me. Nice rooms
Negatives:
Cold breakfast, disinterested staff, tried to charge me for parking even though I didn't park there. Caught this while checking out. Outside of USC campus - slums. Staff unfriendly and unhelpful for such an expensive place to stay. Where's a Marriott when you need one! You wouldn't stay at this hotel unless you had business at USC Medical. There is nothing around it.
