Positives:
Outside looked good but delivered to back - bus wait was longest of all hotels.
Negatives:
Room basic and looked out onto multi storey car park. Noisy with planes taking off needed triple glazing. Had brown noise on all night. A bit souless and don’t like black carpets. Toilet in entrance was locked. Breakfast just about okay. Ate at Sheraton Gateway … better outlook and looked a better hotel.

The receptionist was unhelpful and rude. Her name was Chariza. A male friend had been to her to ask if we had arrived. When we got there she sarcastically informed me that my Husband/Boyfriend had been there looking for me. Meanwhile, my husband was there checking in with me!!!
She then informed us that the room we had booked months earlier was unavailable, and couldn't explain why.
To add insult to injury, she put us in a different part of the Hotel (old) which was not at all up to the standard of the room we had booked. There was a broken shower and a window that looked directly onto a brick wall! Breakfast was like a Canteen and not good.

Not much really, not near any thing,hot breakfast was cold ,no facilites to make tea in room only coffee,
Negatives:
Cold breakfast, asked for more coffee for room it never appeared ,roll in shower floor was really dirty looking ,only 1 hand towel between 2 people and only 1 face towel for 2
