Outstanding friendly staff at entrance of hotel, including valet staff downstairs at P1. Jorge with valet is so incredible and warm and helpful. Amazing views from hotel room and 79th floor check in lobby. Energetic and vibrant atmosphere at 79th floor lobby. Outstanding and clean gym and rooftop pool as well as 73Rd floor bar. Awesome to step out and be at target, Zara, H&M.
Negatives:
The table tops in the lobby lounge were often dusty or has fingerprints so not wiped down often. But our housekeeping staff was very warm and very through so our rooms were sparkling clean and well stocked with toiletries etc
