I paid the full reservation amount through booking, including taxes and amenities. I only booked for three nights.
When I arrived at the hotel, they told me I needed to pay a temporary deposit of $400, which they said would be refunded after check-out.
However, they only returned half of my money. When I called to ask why I didn't get my full refund, they told me I had to pay almost $200 more in taxes and amenities—costs I had already paid during booking—and they did this without informing me.
Be careful with this hotel.
