Negatives:
Incredibly noisy room, which I complained about incessantly - it was impossible to watch TV or focus on anything else while it was going on. The manager investigated but couldn't find anything (?!) and offered me a credit without being asked. It continued the next day with a vengeance and we just stopped spending time in the room. Still no credit (despite reminding front desk staff about it at check out) or any word from the hotel.

The location, the staff and the actual ambiance was gorgeous
Negatives:
We only didn’t like that they wouldn’t tell us about an event and people were partying above us till 3am one night. But they were extremely accommodating about the situation after.

Restaurant was not open which was not announced before we booked
The rooms were rather tired and the sofas need renovating
The front desk staff need to be better trained so they can give information about local amenities and restaurants
