the ONLY thing i wasn’t too happy about was that the bathroom doors were hard to close but it definitely wasn’t a problem or affect my stay

The cleanliness was amazing. Very spacious and modern.
Negatives:
We did not get any breakfast included in our stay. The car parking was additional and very expensive. Did not like that we did not not get any help bringing our suitcases up to our suite. Or housekeeping even though the stay was for 7 nights, and it says on the website we get 1 day of housekeeping if staying for 6+ nights. I mentioned this and they said they had to update the website.

Positives:
I love the layout of the room, balcony access . The pool, hot tub and sauna was great. I was asked what I was celebrating and greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine.
The deep tubs in the bathroom rooms was a great touch.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that there wasn’t any to do in the hotel. Family games or a good bar at the pool or lobby area. I didn’t even have water in my room.
Towels show be available down at the pool.
