Negatives:
They double charged me for the entire stay - I paid full in advance via Booking, but they decide to charge me anyway after I check out. Have I not been through the bills I would have not noticed it. I then had to go through all the trouble getting it refunded - 0 communication from booking or the hotel despite emails but the money did come back eventually, but with a lower amount than double charged.
