The room was spacious. The location was quiet and very clean and not to mention the airport is only 15 -20 minutes depending on traffic. Overall I am very impressed and satisfied with my service and I would recommend to anyone who wants a great experience

The first room we had a bad odor and noise. We requested to change it, the new one was better but very dark.

The people at the reception weren't that welcoming or responsive. Not a great attitude.
The ones at the car valet were much much better.

Parking fee too high for self-parking. They offer valet parking, as a handicap person that parked on the handicap space, myself, I had to give my keys for valet parking in case they moved my vehicle

Hotel and restaurant are understaffed. Hard to get free breakfast because the restaurant is poorly run. Rooms are not well maintained. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Beautiful surroundings, immaculately kept, modern, up-to-date, clean. The breakfasts were incredible and the setting in the sunny breakfast room and Terrace was such a beautiful way to start the day. The beds were comfortable and the room was so spacious. I really enjoyed the walk-in shower and the oversize bathtub. The staff were exceptional and went out of the way to make sure my every need was met.
Negatives:
The only thing I found an inconvenience was that I was staying up the hill and I had to wait for the golf cart shuttle to take me from the main building to my room and back. At one point the golf cart broke down in the pouring rain and I waited 45 minutes before being told I would have to walk. However, staff did provide an umbrella.
