I did not like the undisclosed fees. I initially saw the charge on my account and thought that was just the deposit, but later found out it was a number of undisclosed fees I was not made aware of. This makes no sense to me since I have never had an issue like this before. I am upset that when I checked in I was only told that the charge was a deposit. If anyone from customer service could reach out to me, I would appreciate it.

A very good venue for our business purposes

I love this place. I used to come there often as a party guest, and now I'm staying in a corner room. Everything is really great. I was a little put off by the very meager breakfast of one croissant and black coffee; for a hotel of this level, it should have been different, but despite the breakfast, I still recommend this place. The pool is great, everything is fine

Level 8 was fun, the view from our room was great!

We asked to have an early check in, but our room wasn’t ready until after 5pm. Our room could have been cleaner, windows weren’t clean and it was a bit dusty. But we did get a $100 credit for the inconvenience.

Location isn’t central to tourist attraction, a few restaurants and level 8 is all that’s walkable. Would advise to get

Largest room available would be cramped for 2 people. No real meaningful storage options for clothes. Worst part was the attached nightclub’s pounding bass from 7-midnight. Rooms were hot. Would not recommend this hotel if you expect to get quality rest.
