Negatives: There is hardly any parking available its a mission impossible with the parking & parking structure. It would be nice if they had a designated smoking area instead of 2 buildings down or across the street

Negatives: TV didn’t work. Normally wouldn’t matter but everything was closed early because of Covid so spent more time on n hotel room than usual so Having no TV made it very unpleasant stay

Positives: Being able to see the ocean, fresh scent when you walked into the lobby.
Negatives: The amount of homeless people around the hotel, the building to the right of the hotel had people frequently smoking marijuana and it blew right over to our balcony so we couldn’t ever have the door open, paying large amount to park.

Positives: Staff was accommodating, we opted for the green room (no housekeeping), yet when we needed extra towels, TP... they were prompt in bringing it to the room. We had a minor maintance issue that was resolved in the couple hours we were out.
Negatives: We loved our experience: beds, pillows, room, balcony, staff, ... all bonus perks of our stay.
