Positives: Great and beautiful location. Extremely friendly valet/car service staff.

Negatives: When we walked into our room there was a q-tip on the floor. The shower in our room was clogged. The wifi didn’t reach our room and the front desk just told us to disconnect and reconnect. We also asked if there were shower caps available and they told us there were none on hand but they would send one up and it never arrived. overall was just disappointed with the cleanliness and service.
