Room was clean and comfortable. Room service cleaner was very neat and accommodating.

Break as seen on website as full American was below expectation. Same stuff everyday with limited choices. Service was not good. Looks like understaffed. At least, a cooked omelette is a must in an American breakfast.

Also, we have been charged a 'destination fee' that not mentioned at booking.

The staff were all very friendly and professional. The room was very clean and didn't have any weird smell. Loved the daily $30 credit.

Didn't like how the $30 credit showed on the invoice. It was a bit confusing so will be great if there was an easier to read my invoice details.

Room was big. Nice to have a sitting area and a kitchen. Hotel was clean and location was close to restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly.
Negatives:
It would have been nice if the staff at the bar told us that the Welcome cocktail is not part of their cocktail menu so instead of using our $30 credit for food, we ended up using this for the drinks.

Parking lot charge and the fact my son asked for his charger for an iPhone since they do valet you can't park on your own. they provided him with one because it wasn't his, and our Android charger disappeared from vehicle along with a Bluetooth charger cable . Last night, I was the last one to use it and left it in the car because we carry our Android charger but not our son's he haves iPhone.
