The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It's very close to the airport and offers a shuttle. I travel to California a lot and always stay here the last night before flying out early.

Large room thanks to Expedia upgrade. Clean and comfortable. Good location to LAX with complimentary shuttle.
Negatives:
Upon check in we weren’t told breakfast was included or where it would be served or time etc. Morning front desk was kind enough to send breakfast to go to the room though. Guests in another room on our floor were having a party even though the hotel has a strict no party policy and security etc didn’t pick up in this. Luckily they were far away enough from our room to not disturb us though.

Location to the LAX airport. Breakfast was included in the fee.
Negatives:
We waited for one hour for the airport shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We called and asked where the shuttle was and UBER was discussed. In check in they advised there was no daily housekeeping. We paid for daily housekeeping. After leaving they charged our card with US $61.46. We paid in full (including taxes) prior to arrival. We asked the hotel why and received no response. Not good.
