Great staff, great amenities, clean rooms.
Negatives:
Check-in at 4 is too late. If someone flies into town in the morning, they have to wander for half a day before resting and collecting themselves.
Also everyone I met was confused by the elevator system.

, the guy who checked us in gave us a hard time for absolutely no reason for checking in at 2:45 instead of 4:00. He lied and said that there were no rooms available and to wait 45 minutes. The manager came out and all of a sudden there were rooms.
