The room was clean and the breakfast service is nice.
Negatives:
Pretty disappointed by the way the staff acted when we arrived. My partner was carrying 3 luggages by herself and no one offered her help, she had to carry them alone to the room.

The location was super noisy, the windows were thin and you could hear all the cars reving and shouting outside in the street… and our room was pretty high up. The lady that welcomed us on the front desk was a bit grumpy. We also stayed at Hotel Figueroa nearby, and it was way nicer and a similar cost.
