Positives:
I liked nearly everything about this hotel. It is located in koreatown which I feel like is a very good location to go everywhere without driving too long. The facility is very new and everything is super clean. Staff is very caring and I felt very safe in the hotel as a solo traveller. Would book again for sure
Negatives:
The gym was very small there is like 5 things to do.

Would book again !
Positives:
Good location near many restaurants.
Negatives:
The automatic blinds started going off by themselves. It was very scary. I didn't know if it was paranormal. Engineer just unplugged it.
Also why was the room so dark?

Positives:
I liked the location. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when it came to recommending restaurants nearby. Valet staff was also very speedy and nice. We had forgotten something in our car right after checking in and they had already valeted our car, but had somebody show us where in the garage our car was so that we could retrieve the forgotten items. I also appreciated the complimentary drink upon arrival. Overall, the staff was great!
Negatives:
The room itself was just okay. There were stains of something on one of the tables in our room and it felt rather sticky/musty in the room, even after turning the AC unit on. Another issue was that there were BUGS of some sort that were flying around in the bathroom? They weren't there upon check-in (at least not that we noticed), but by the next morning we had to kill a few gnats flying around. Rather gross. My last grievance is that I accidentally left a pair of expensive leather boots in my room, but didn't realize until I had gotten home. I called Lost and Found on THREE (3) separate occasions, left three separate voicemails as the department never once answered, and I never got so much as even a call back from Lost and Found regarding whether they found the boots. If they weren't found (which I find difficult to believe) then fine, but the least I expect is a return phone call to let me know they did not find the forgotten items. I stayed at the LINE 10/24-10/25, giving them over a month (absolutely ample time) to potentially reach out to me after leaving said voicemails, but I have yet to hear back. Very disappointed.

Decent, but wouldn't stay again.
Positives:
Great location with plenty of amenities — and a beautiful mountain view!
Bedroom curtains: oh my gosh, I loved the automated roll down curtains. I could not rave about this enough. With the press of a button on your bedside, a blackout curtain rolls down to block out all light, to where you forget what time it is in the morning. It was also nice to have a separate, sheer curtain, when you want privacy but still would like natural light.
Negatives:
Bathtub/shower: my room had an issue with the bath plugging up and would take about an hour to drain. When it did, a dirty residue with hair, and an eye contact which was not my own, appeared on the tub floor. Quite gross to experience, given the price of the room.
Parking: overnight parking was very pricey, at $60.50/night. In comparison to other hotels in the area, this was by far the most expensive I’ve paid.

Fun, modern stay in K-town, comfortable enough to stay in and watch an LA-storm from your window.
