Negatives:
No hot water in the shower for the entire week, and hotel did not offer any compensation to make up for this. Extra resort fee each day which wasn’t noted on booking website. Location was extremely loud throughout the entire night.

The hotel and staff were awesome couldn't speak high enough of them. The problem is the area which they can't control. The staff were great went above and behond their responses just have to make sure if u book with booking.com u check reservations

The hotel itself is fine. I'm just a bit bitter about having such slow wifi it was practically nonexistent. And I had two cold showers for no apparent reason whatsoever. When I got there the Crowdstrike thing meant that I almost couldn't get checked in and for the first two days of my stay I had no room keys, having to rely on security to let me in to my room each time.
Negatives:
The intermittent cold showers. The almost nonexistent wifi. The flickering light bulb in the room. The room occupancy-dimmer light switches were quite annoying.
