Positives: The receptionist was fantastic! He handled a difficult situation with another guest while we were checking out with amazing professionalism and poise and was kind but firm. Positives: The staff was friendly. The decor was nice.

Negatives: There’s no bathroom fan and the door doesn’t stay open making it about 90 degrees and humid in there after a shower. I had to wedge something under the door to keep it open to cool it down. The parking cost was ridiculous.

Positives: The property was clean and well maintained. Convenient restaurant on premise. Starbucks is also on premise. Very close to the airport.

Negatives: There was about a 24 hour period when the internet wasn’t working. Not sure why but that was quite inconvenient. I wish there were laundry services available on premise. Very close to the airport but requires a car for any other touristy activities.
