The property was nice. The rooms were decent size. The food was good.
Negatives:
The house cleaning staff was very bad. They folded used towels and placed them as if they were clean. Vanity items like cotton balls and ear buds were never provided and when we requested them it took more than an hour to get. Customer service was poor because we raised complaints on our experience but it seems management wasn’t interested in making our stay great
