Just 15 minutes’ drive from San Jose International Airport off Hwy 17, this Los Gatos lodge features an on-site restaurant and outdoor pool. Amazing location, great balcony lots...
Positives:
Location is great, right next to miles of walking/running/biking trails. Very near highway (accessibility), but still quiet. Rooms have windows/screen doors that OPEN so you can have fresh air at night. Wifi was fast.
Negatives:
Grab and go breakfast is not environmentally friendly (styrofoam, plastic cutlery, juice cans - and there's no recycling on the property).

The gas station burritos were not what we expected . They were supposed to replace breakfast at the restaurant that was closed ;-(
The idea of putting the microwave in a pull out shelf was great! But the lip on the drawer impeded opening the microwave door

This Hotel was a great value but it was very dated. I liked the bar but the food was not good(except the burger). I know they are refurbishing the property and I'm looking forward to see the results.

The ice machine and laundry were on the adjoining wall of the bedroom. People were up late accessing both the ice maker and the laundry. Add sound proofing.
