Truly it could have been worth the money if they did not put a noisy couple above us after midnight after we had fallen asleep already

Very noisy. I asked them for a quiet room but then they put someone above us after midnight and it sounded like a stampede of Buffalo. They woke us again early in the morning while they made noise for an hour

I liked that it was in a good location.
But that was it

The water never ever got hot. And the owner was very ugly when I asked for a partial refund. Not even the 60$ I only asked for the 58.59 back and he was very rude and said he will think about renting a room to me next time and I thought that was very ugly and rude considering I was very polite and understanding and wasn't able to shower for 3 days I was there. Because I can't take a cold shower. An he supposedly upgraded me to a room that the shower didn't get hot at all and after said I could use some one else's dirty shower to shower in what I thought was disgusting and inconsiderate. My dog could not be bathed because he's a little Chihuahua who can't handle the cold.
I even called the front office and was told to let the water run for 20 to 30 mins. and it would get warm but that never ever happened. I waited from 12 to 3:30 am for a shower and never got it. So I should have gotten a full refund but I know how hard these times are for everyone so was trying to be reasonable. But he was Avery ugly individual older bald guy. I have been coming here for years and never had to take a cold shower so honestly believe he just was being cheap about having the water heater turned up because I have been coming here to this exact location for over 5 years and have Never Ever had an issues with the water getting hot. Maybe run the water for 10 to 15 minutes to get hot during the winter but that's it. It Always got hot. An I have stayed in Ever Single building so all the excuses they gave were BS. I know I should have gotten my cash payment reimbursed but I'm sure the owner didn't want to pay taxes on my governments money and I get it. America is waist full but it's still America and you have to provide what we pay for or it's false advertising and no one is going to use someone else's dirty shower. That's how athletes foot spreads and I take care of my feet too much to do that.
